What's in a name?

Mayfly Search was incorporated during the season of the Mayfly. During this period, mayflies gather on the rivers signalling to anglers that the water is of good quality, and the time for fishing is nigh. To this day, fishermen use a variety of mayflies to recreate the Mayfly season and to entice the fish to the surface.

We feel that successful executive search relies on much the same skills as effective fishing: thorough knowledge of your environment, careful choice of information with which you attract your candidate and an ability to target that candidate with precision and patience.
