Juliet Ledbetter
Director and Co-Founder of Mayfly Search

Tania Stewart
Director and Co-Founder of Mayfly Search

Our Background

Prior to establishing Mayfly Search, we worked as Directors for a leading Real Estate Executive Search firm. In this role we were responsible for growing the European business and for delivering strategic solutions to our clients. We both have experience of originating and executing business internationally, with a predominant focus on Europe and the Middle East.

Our clients ranged from boutique private equity firms to Large Cap Investment Banks and we placed candidates across the spectrum from Analyst to Heads of Real Estate.

Our Aim

We co-founded Mayfly Search in 2008 in order to gain not only professional independence, but also to be able to adhere to one simple principle: Always deliver on promises.

We believe that there is considerable demand for a specialist search firm offering comprehensive sector knowledge, demonstrable execution expertise and minimum conflict of interest/hands off issues.

Mayfly Search aims to provide an innovative and intelligent service to a small number of clients who share our values and who feel there is real merit in developing a long term working relationship with our firm.
